Life is not only a process of discovery, but a process of creation too, through intent.
Welcome to The Odyssey of Intent retreat information page.
As the name suggests, this retreat has part of its focus on Intent and how being consciously intentional, can contribute to the creation of a Good Life. What is your version of a Good Life? How is “who you are being” impacting how you experience your life? How can you be more intentional about the way you live your life?
The word Odyssey is for the “work” we’ll be doing together and the deep journey of self-exploration we shall embark upon. The word also captures the spirit of adventure that we would like all of our participants to experience when they embark on a retreat with us. You are coming to Greece after all, a land steeped in history, mystery and so much of the really good stuff (wine, cheese, olives, lemons, sunsets, turquoise waters, mountains, goats and love). By the end of the retreat you will have a developed your own personal statement of intent, something that will resonate with you deeply in your core and will be your compass in life going forward.
Home for the week will be a unique villa set in the mountains of Aegina with spectacular views, pool and all the indoor and outdoor space we shall need for our purpose. There is even a stone amphitheater.

- Exercises to explore programed personality and conditioning
- Reflection tools to support “completion” and “clearing”
- Movement and walking meditations
- Tools to create your statement of intent
- Individual work and group sharing
Sessions will be mostly led by Aaron.
The host for this retreat will be Manos. He will ensure that the experience will exceed your expectations , but watch out, at times he will ask difficult questions when least expected.
Virginie will support the group and hold space for anything that surfaces.
A more detailed look
Dinners will often be off site in hidden gems that we have discovered. Here you will experience the true nature of the Greek’s love of food and infectious hospitality. As well as great food we will seek out interesting bars, live local music, night swimming, dancing, singing and much more. One of the evenings will find us sitting around the campfire , sharing stories under the night sky stars. Our intent is for our guests to experience island life exactly as we do, living here.
There will be led-walks in nature, some sessions might take place on a boat or a deserted beach, in an ancient temple, or amongst the ancient olive grove that dates back more than 2000 years.
Over the course of the week we will invite you to build your muscle of self-awareness and connect to who you are at your core. By the end of the retreat you’ll be better able to notice all of those programmed patterns (thoughts, beliefs, behaviours) that get in the way of truly living the Good Life. Together we will start to create a new narrative for how we want to be and we will each write our statement of intent, something that powerfully moves us forward into the next chapter of our lives.
Think of it as deep inner work combined with play, adventure and relaxation.
We promise an unforgettable experience that will awaken the spirit, refresh your senses and reveal what is possible for you, all in a safe space.
After the retreat there is the possibility to join monthly calls to connect as a community of people interested in exploring, just like the ancients, what it truly means to live a Good Life.
If this resonates, join us. It just might be exactly what your heart needs right now.

Testimonials
“I had no idea where the odyssey of intent would lead me but right now i can say it was one of the most impactful weeks of my life. It started right from the moment i saw the place and met the facilitators. They were open, authentic and pure and i felt that immediately.. This retreat is full of surprises and turns you around and around and around. I found some profound beauty in showing my vulnerability and opening my heart to strangers. i fell in love with every one of them and with humanity as a whole. It was just beautiful. Right now I’m so full of energy and feel so motivated and before i was quite lost. I was 22 years in the banking industry…now i know exactly what i have to do.“
“Thank you all for such an incredible experience. It was amazing, authentic, creative, beautiful and completely unforgettable. It’s the very best retreat I’ve been on by a country mile in terms of the quality of ‘experiences’.”
“The location was superb. with plenty of communal spaces to be able to spread out, and feel comfortable. About the food, well, no further comments because what’s to be said when every meal is a masterpiece? That Aphrodite (the cook) is a 21st century cooking goddess.”
“It was a real adventure… I felt like i was doing some deep work which was necessary but also having a heck of a lot of fun.”
“It was weird… I signed up for it immediately having not been on a retreat before and not knowing what to expect and not really knowing what outcome i wanted but an adventurous path leading to a good life really appealed to me.”
“The facilitators were expressing there own authenticity and sometimes it was a bit maverick and that made it interesting and real and a lot more accessible and `i’m delighted i came here and i wish i could do it all again.”
